Stephen K. Tills represents clients who are in removal proceedings based on violations of their immigration status and those who have committed  crimes. Often, those cases result in clients who are initially detained by U.S. DHS at the Federal Detention Facility located in Batavia, New York. In most cases, detained clients are able to seek their release from DHS custody by requesting a bond from the Immigration Judge.
